Fibery Fox (Amigurumi - 44th Street Needle Co. Craft Kit)

Over the years I have done considerably more knitting than crochet, but crochet was how I first fell in love with yarn.  I love how sturdy and dimensional it is for making toys!  I have not personally made too many amigurumis, but I've decided to change that!   On a bit of a whim, I bought this kit from Hobby Lobby .  At $4.49 it was quite the steal!  Especially since it also included a free hook...which I did use to make the kit. I followed the instructions exactly, and without any problems.  Well, other than the fact that my little vixen has a bit of a "Ta Da" sideways pose of the head.  ;o)  And I did add in a bit of white highlighting around the eyes that I saw on a random amigurumi tips YouTube video.  (Sorry, I didn't save that link.)
